Carla Loucks currently serves as the Director of Faith Formation at St. Thomas the Apostle Parish. She and her husband moved here several years ago from Seattle, WA and are committed to serving and supporting the amazing faith community that first attracted them to Coeur d'Alene. As a mother of 4 adult children, and having formerly served as the Executive Director of Cabrini Ministry Training, she has a passion for, and many years of experience in, helping others discern how God is calling them to serve.

Today’s culture can be scary and frustrating. It needs our help.

A good first step is to discern the unique way in which God is calling each of us to work, serve, and learn within this culture. In doing so, it is important to consider:

The TRUTH about the world in which we live and what it takes to create & access alternatives.

The GOODNESS of God, for which we must pave the way.

The BEAUTY of each person’s unique giftedness.

This engaging talk is for:

Adults discerning a new career or a post-career purpose.

Teens discerning their post-high school direction, and parents wishing to guide them

Business owners, educators and other professionals exploring the philosophy of fitting the right person into the right position.

Anyone desiring to make a positive difference in the world.

Schedule:

Doors open at 6pm. Check in, grab a name tag, enter the free raffle and then enjoy fellowship and networking with other local Christian Professionals while enjoying complimentary food and drinks.

Talk starts at 7pm.

Josh Wise will give us a quick overview of the economic situation in Coeur d'Alene.

After a brief introduction and an opening prayer, Carla Loucks will begin her interactive presentation.

Enjoy continued fellowship and collaborative conversations following the presentation. The raffle drawings will be held at this time as well.
